Back-to-School Backpack Drive

Backpack Drive

County Federal has joined forces with the Family Giving Tree for the annual Back-to-School Backpack Drive. The purpose is to collect backpacks filled with much-needed school supplies for children in our community. This year’s drive will run now through Saturday, July 27th.

You have the opportunity to participate by either selecting a wish card that details appropriate items a child would need for the upcoming school year or making a monetary donation. Wish cards will be on display at each County Federal branch location now through July 27th. Simply take a card, shop for a new backpack and fill it with the recommended school supplies. Then, bring the filled backpack to any County Federal branch location and place it in the collection barrel.

You may also choose to make a monetary donation now and let County Federal do the shopping for you. Provide funds by mail with the envelope attached to a wish card, or make a secure donation online now at our Virtual Giving Tree. Members can also make a donation from their savings or checking account at any branch location or by calling our Contact Center at 408-282-0700. All donations are tax deductible. Click here for a tax receipt. County Federal is proud to be part of this worthwhile cause. Thank you for helping us help a child!
