Coronavirus: Steps We Are Taking

Renter Relief Ending September 30th
The State of California has increased funding for income-eligible renters and their landlords who have been impacted by COVID-19 to cover 100% of unpaid and future rent or utilities. This increase in rental assistance payments to 100% of unpaid rent will help make landlords whole and keep tenants housed. You can verify your eligibility for the CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program and apply directly with the state by visiting HousingIsKey.com, or by calling 833-430-2122. Additionally, if you are an applicant who has already received funding through the program, you will be compensated the difference to receive 100% coverage–there is no need to re-apply! The Renter Relief program is managed directly with the State of California and is not a product, a loan, or service of County Federal Credit Union.
County Federal COVID-19 Update: December 3, 2020
Due to Santa Clara County’s new Public Health Order (issued 11/28/2020), County Federal will be limiting the number of members and staff within a branch at any given time. This will result in longer wait times as we continue to safely serve members in-person.
Mobile & Online Banking
If you haven’t tried our Online or Mobile banking solutions, we encourage you to give our Online Banking or Mobile app a try. You can make payments, view transactions, check balances, apply for a loan, deposit a check and more. It’s easier and faster (in most cases) to manage your account digitally, especially given wait times may be longer than usual.
Our Branches will continue to open on Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Closed on Saturdays. Our Contact Center hours will remain open Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 2:30pm.
County Federal is committed to serving you and our community while prioritizing the safety of our members and employees. Thank you for your membership and understanding.
During these unprecedented and difficult times, we want you to know that we stand ready to help.
If you’ve been financially impacted by COVID-19, call us at (800) 282-6212 or (408) 282-0700 for assistance.
