Key Dates: Online and Mobile Banking Platform Upgrade
Sunday, August 23rd – Wednesday, August 26th

In our efforts to bring you the best possible online banking experience, County Federal will be upgrading our Online and Mobile Banking platform starting on Sunday, August 23rd through Wednesday, August 26th, 2020.

During this time, there will be an interruption in services accessed through Online and Mobile Banking. We want you to be aware of these changes, so we’ve summarized them for you below.

What To Expect

  1. No access to Bill Pay from Sunday, August 23rd, 2020, 2:00 pm until Wednesday, August 26th, 8:00 am.
    • County Federal has systems in place to help ensure that any bill payments you’ve scheduled prior to Sunday, August 23rd, 2020 – 2:00 pm will be paid on schedule.

  2. No access to Online and Mobile Banking from Monday, August 24th, 2020, 3:00 pm until Wednesday, August 26th, 8:00 am.

  3. There will be no interruption in Branch Services, ATMs, or Phone Banking. We’re also extending our Contact Center hours starting on Monday, August 24th, 2020 until Saturday, September 5th to better serve you. (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm)

  4. When you login to the new systems, you’ll use your existing Access ID (User ID) and be asked to verify your identity and set up a new password.
    • County Federal will have 2 new Mobile Apps, County Federal Mobile Banking and the County Federal Card Manager. Both apps are available in the App Store or Google Play.

  5. All of your account information, account history, pre-scheduled automatic payments and transfers will seamlessly transition to the new system. You’ll have access to 24 months of eStatements and tax forms.

  6. Our new experience conveniently displays all of your accounts together. You’ll see your primary and joint accounts, making it easier to view all of your finances. If you’d like to add or remove your joint account(s) in Online Banking – we can help you with that.

  • Scheduling for future date or recurring internal or external transfers will be available until 8:00 am, Monday, August 24th, 2020. Any transfers scheduled before the cut off time will be transferred into the new system.

  • Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable starting at 3:00 pm.

How To Prepare

Before you can use our new Online and Mobile Banking platforms, we’ll need to move your current Online Banking account to the new system. Most of this move will take place automatically, however, there are a few things you’ll need to do before and after the upgrade.

What steps should I take to prepare for the upgrade?

  • Note the key dates above – as these will impact your ability to access your account, download account information, and make one-time transfers and bill payments.

  • Ensure your contact information is current with us so we can connect with you about important information about your account.
    • Email and Mailing Address
    • Mobile Phone Number

  • Know your Member Number. You will need this to login to your account.

    Find or access your Member Number:
    • Login to the Mobile Banking App > Select Account (Checking or Savings) > Click Details
      • You’ll see your Account Number listed last. Your Member Number is the number listed before the suffix/dash under Account Number.
    • By calling the Contact Center
    • By visiting a branch and asking a County Federal team member

  • Know your Google Play or iTunes login and password. You may need them when you try to download our new Mobile Banking and Card Manager Apps.

  • If you’re currently using the Categories/Description/Notes functions in Online Banking, you’ll need to download the files you’d like to keep.  Categories/Description/Notes will not be transferred over to the new system. The last day to download your files is Monday, August 24th, 2020 until 3:00 pm.

    • Quicken – .QIF
    • Spreadsheet – .FLC, .TSV
    • MS Money – Active Statement & OFX

      The new platform supports Quicken Web Connect & Spreadsheet File Format (.csv). All other formats will not be supported. Click to Download Quicken Conversion Instructions

  • Print or take screen shots of any Secure Messages that you’d like to keep. These messages will not be transferred over to the new platform.

  • Login to Online Banking and take screen shots of any Alerts you have set up. These will not be transferred over to the new platform.
