I am embarrassed for how long overdue this is, but thank you. My brother’s passing has been traumatic for my whole family. But I wanted to let you know how much stress was relieved by you and County Federal by helping us with this personal loan. The costs associated with funeral arrangements are not only pricey but they require immediate payment for services rendered. I was able to bring my brother home from Oregon, bring his belongings via U-haul, have a proper service for him here for all of his loved ones, and pay for all the incidental charges that come from this kind of loss. Thank you for going to bat for me. I am now and will always be so thankful and grateful that you answered my call and helped us that morning. My eternal gratitude.

I am writing today to inform you that you have an outstanding employee at the San Jose Branch who is a pleasure to work with. Here is my story in which he just took control and calmed me down and told me that he would assist me along with taking care of everything. I received a telephone call from the Credit Union fraud department informing me that I had a charge of $312.68 (from Pittsburg, CA) hit my account. I have never been to this city. I went directly to the Credit Union and had the good luck that he assisted me. I informed him of the telephone call and he took complete control. He explained the process of what would happen, ordered me a new debit card, gave me a form to fill out to explain what had happened. I filled out the form while I was there (again with his assistance). He again walked me through that process (told me that I would have to wait till the amount used hit my acct). To my surprise and pleasure a couple days later he called me late afternoon (I was already home from work) to inform me he was sending the paperwork that the monies had hit my account. And again explained the next step. I believe you should be very proud of having such a caring, loyal employee. I have told all of my friends about this experience along with telling them about your employee. Again, thank you for caring and taking such wonderful care of this whole situation.

Both times the Real Estate Loan Processor we worked with was professional and very responsive. She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. We have owned our home for almost 38 years and have refinanced several times over the years so we have some experience with the process. The best place to bank. I joined County Federal through my job at IHSS. Besides myself — my daughter, grandson, granddaughter & oldest son all have joined. They made enrolling a breeze. In my time of need, they helped me out with a loan. This was my first loan ever and I paid it off early. This loan is also helping me establish my credit. So thank you County Federal!
