If you suspect fraud, CyberScout will connect you with an experienced fraud specialist to assist you throughout the resolution process until your problem is fully resolved.

In addition to CyberScout, we strongly recommend FraudScout identity monitoring services as an added preventative ID theft management service. With this service, you’ll enjoy ongoing monitoring for new accounts or other financial actions that may have been taken without your permission. You’ll also have access to powerful, Web-based services that will alert you of any changes to your credit or your financial information so that quick action can be taken if needed. And if you are a victim of identity theft, FraudScout has an experienced team of experts available to assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help minimize damage as much as possible.

We offer discounted rates for all of FraudScout’s service plans that are exclusive to our credit union members. Pricing ranges from $60 per year to $99 per year depending on whether you select the Silver, Gold, or Platinum monitoring plan.
