What You Need to Know Now

  • You can still use your cards and access other mobile banking features while we work on the upgrades.
  • The current card management functionality in our mobile banking app will be unavailable the evening of April 23rd for up to 24 hours.
  • To enjoy the latest card management and spend tracking features, please update your mobile app on or after April 24th.
  • You will no longer need a separate Card Manager app. It can be deleted after the launch of the upgrade on April 24th.
  • If you haven’t already, download our mobile banking app, set up an account and enable push notifications to get ready for the new features.

What is Card Manager?

Card Manager is a next generation digital solution that integrates directly with the mobile banking application and Online Banking to deliver connected digital-first payment experiences to members. Card Manager offers a multitude of debit and credit card management functions that creates control, convenience and transparency across the card lifecycle.

How do users access Card Manager?

Card Manager is designed to be natively integrated into your mobile banking app and Online Banking to provide a seamless digital experience for members. Therefore, it’s easy to access. Once users go into the mobile banking app, you will click “Card Manager” to access all the features of Card Manager, from within the same app.

Do users need two apps?

No, Card Manager is integrated right into your mobile banking app, so no additional app is necessary. It is also available in Online Banking

What do I need to do before the update?

To ensure a seamless transition, you will not be able to access the Card Manager link in the Mobile Banking app or the Card Manager app after Tuesday evening, April 23rd.

If you haven’t already, download our mobile banking app, set up an account and enable push notifications to get ready for the new features.

What do I need to do after the update?

When accessing the app on or after April 24th the app may need a few minutes to update. Next, simply tap Card Manager within the mobile banking app to see all the new features, enable alerts and manage the existing controls carried over from our previous Card Manager app.
