A highlight I took from this project was collaborating with many different departments and team members. Drawing from each other’s experiences and using our critical thinking skills, while solving complex problems was very rewarding, as well as knowing that we have new features to offer our members.
Our members will really like Member to Member Transfers. This new feature provides the ability to setup transfers to other members accounts without having to talk with a County Federal representative.

It was important to have a team that was passionate about the project. Teamwork makes the dream work! The dream is now a reality as we wanted to provide members the opportunity to bank with County Federal when and where they wanted.
Our new feature, Cards, will allow members to manage their County Federal Debit or Credit card right from the new mobile app. It lets you turn the card off or on, set spending limits, set up alerts and view recent transactions.

One highlight that I took from this project is how our Business Units collaborated very well in ensuring that tasks and deliverables were submitted on time.
Online and Mobile Banking continues to evolve. There are more services now that we are offering our members. They can apply for a loan or even open an additional account through Online Banking which they could not do 10 years ago.
